Established in 2018 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Bio-ReCell was founded to address the specific challenges faced by laboratories and clinics reliant on traditional magnetic-based cell separation and activation methods. Our founders recognized the industry's need for reliable alternatives that provide cleaner, residue-free results without proprietary restrictions. Driven by this vision, we developed our patented biocomposite materials with covalently bonded antibodies, allowing precise cell targeting without leaving contaminants or residues. Our mission is to free customers from restrictive and costly proprietary workflows, offering them open, adaptable technology platforms. In 2023, we relocated to a new, modern facility officially inaugurated by Slovenian President Nataša Pirc Musar. This expansion has significantly enhanced our research and development capabilities, streamlined production processes, and enabled us to better support our growing customer base with advanced infrastructure and resources.
